My school used to have completely open, now I think that they're still open but with waist-high dividers. The gym that I go to has a rather long room fully open (upwards of 20 shower heads) and other changing rooms that I go in are generally open or have dividers - very few ever have doors or curtains.

Hockey depends on the rink you go to, most are open rooms, but a couple have stalls w/ curtains.

my sch is closed just like toilet cubicles. When in army, some are open but divided, some are closed totally and when overseas training like in thai camp, it is totally open with shower heads above.
