Jaun, i guess if you feel ready and you believe that he will understand then go ahead. As for what to say i don't really believe you can find the words to express your feelings to him from strangers on the internet, it all comes from how you feel and you need to find your own way to express those feelings to him.

I wouldnt come strait out and tell him u love him. Id start out by asking him if he bi. But I don't know about this area so I say go with your gut :)

Okay, so first I suppose it depends on how close of friends you are? If he's not interested in males is he going to be upset ? Does he already know you're interested in men ? There's a lot of missing information from this story. Anyway, I suggest that you do it in steps not all at once. I'd come out first and see his reaction to that. Then wait to tell him you're attracted to him. Also.. I wouldn't say you "Love" him right off the bat.

I would ask him how he feels about you being bi. and then let him know you LIKE him, not love him.
