yes im pretty sure they do....there just harder to see.....but they will grow in thick and youll see them real well !

I was bleach blonde when I was younger. Now i have kinda dirty blonde/brown hair. I have always had black pubic hair. I wouldnt say every blonde person has blonde pubic hair.
