I was just wondering how many people actually do a testicular self exam every month like your supossed to?

I tend to remember to do it every month at some point. There's a small history of cancer in general in my family so it's not worth the risk not to.

My testicals are fairly small, thy are only 4.5ml in size and so I have the doctor check them during anual chekck-up
