not necessarily we all grow at different speeds ages n to different sizes i mean if he is like 8 yrs old the average age for boys to start puberty is between 8-11 years old whos to say he didnt start sooner which could explain this situation of him bein "bigger" then you n for all you know maybe he dont grow any when it gets hard n if he does so be it he might reach his full grown size sooner then most boys he wont necessarily grow until he is 18 n whos even to say he isnt older then most 3rd graders maybe he stayed back in the past theres many different what ifs but i wouldnt worry bout it dude cuz you can worry bout someone younger then you bein bigger all you want but its not gonna change anythin if anythin its just gonna upset or depress you in the long run if you keep fussin over it
