I'm pretty sure i have an unhelathy amount of parnoia
(i.e) plane crash,military invasion,car crash,sleeping,and it gets too long to list I have About 50 what seems unnessacary parnanoias For example Zombie
Please respond and help

Well, I think it depends, really. Have you felt like this for a long time, or just for a shorter period?
If it's just been like this for a while, then it might actually just be a phase. I had a period where I was so afraid that people could see what I was thinking that I forced myself to think things that weren't even true. That passed.
If this has been going on for a while, then yes, maybe it can be a good idea to talk to someone.
But have you experienced a trauma lately? Car crash? Someone you knew who died? Something like that? Because, if so, that might be the reason.
But I'm no professional. If this has been going on for a while, then I suggest that you talk to someone who knows more about such things; like a therapist, for example.

I am sorry but at this point, screw the therapist, seek help from a Pediatric Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
