I need advice on how to get abs soon im kinda close but i just cant loose that last layer of fat:(

Well first of all - cardio. Fitness is key. Run, swim etc. Lots.
Two: Execises:
Crunches
Sit Ups (Up Down, Side to Side)
Push Ups (Cause abs with skinny arms looks funny)

Then a medicine ball with the right excercises done on it will help a lot too.
You need to be dedicated, and it will take a long time.

I have been working on getting my abs back after I regained my swimmers build last season.
I try to work out 4-5 times a week.
My workouts consist of:
Jogging 5 km (Every second work out)
Sit Ups-50
Crunches-50
Side to side sit ups: 50
Push ups: 50
Then I do at least another five sets of 30 of the medicine ball.
Afterwards most of my muscles feel on fire, and all of my abdominals have been worked.
The nday after the work out for the first few weeks is a shocker, but I've been doing it for 3 weeks now and see results.
Along with these, I do other physical activity, such as bike riding, and playing sports.

belive it or not i got my 6pack this way dont over eat and do girl situps the build your lower and top parts of your abs and do about 100-200 a day and you should have abs in no time
