I know theres plenty stuff on here about girls opinions on penis size but thats more about fully grown ones. I don't mean having full sex, but if a girl and guy were fooling around a bit at say age 13 or 14 and the boy's penis hadn't really grown much (maybe 3 or 4" hard) would the girl have much interest in that or be excited by it? Im asking cos a guy at school told me that the reason most girls my age date older guys apart from liking them and personality, looks etc - is because they're more physically mature generally but especially down below...is this true?
