OMG Need Advice

So I wanna know if this girl still likes me. It was last year we liked eachother a lot but we never said anything. Before we started liking eachother she asked me out because someone dared her (I said yes to that one btw). Everyone thought we were going out then but we weren't. Anyway, close to the end of the year, we started liking eachother because we were hanging out a lot in school. On the second to last day before school ended I asked her out. She said she had a boyfriend already, which I didnt know. I've liked her since then. At the start of this year she was giving me hugs and saying she loved me. And even some of her friends told me she wanted to go out with me. But now she since then has stopped giving me hugs, she has not asked me out, I don't have her number, and I don't have her in any classes anymore. I want to know what I can do to get her back, and get her number. She hangs with her friends ALL THE TIME. There is no way I could get to her. Can you please help?? :( :(

When she's with her friends go up to her and tell you want to speak with her alone and ask her out thats what i did (she said yes). but don't ask her out until you know for a fact that she does like you
