I Can't Take It Anymore

Lately, ive been going into these siezures and like, the whole right side of my body starts shaking uncontrolably. also ive been hyperventalating a lot. The EMT said that i wasnt getting enough oxygen in my blood and thats what caused everything. My parents say its my Depression and Anxiety...Can someone give me tips on how i can control it if possible...please

It might be because of the anxiety and depression, but I don't think you can do anything about it, except go to the doctors

I would just stop for a few minutes and really try and concerntrate on the areas that are shaking really focus on trying to control your muscles. Try tensing the muscles for a few second and releasing.

ummmm idk, thats hard. I guess if you start feeling that way you could always try to start singing a slow song you like or something calming and sothing music is magical sometimes.
