Would it be possible to remove a moderator of a social group if they don't use the site anymore? For example, if the moderator of the social group hasn't been active for over two months, the moderator is either removed or replaced. There are some social groups like this, and I think it would just be a nice add.

I didn't know you could add moderators to social groups. how do you do that?

Not moderators, but the ones who moderate the invites. Some of them are inactive, which means no new members can join the group.

oh so you mean the group owner? I believe it can only be the owner that can moderate invites...?

but I agree with the suggestion.

Yes, the "owner".

Easy solution: ask an admin.

Easy solution: ask an admin.

Or a Gmod.

But generally we don't do this because it was a members idea to make the group and if they're not active anymore we have no way of asking if its okay by them. Its their group we can't really take ownership away from them even if they are inactive. Its like removing someone from a diary and giving it to someone else that otherwise had nothing to do with it.

We don't need to replace them really, just ask a global moderator or admin if theres anything to be changed and we'll do it.
