I haven't eaten in a while and just cut my arm, i don't know how many times. I think i hit an artery but the bleeding stopped. I feel lightheaded, What do i do?

If you hit an artery you would be dead dear, it would be spurting, you need to apply pressure and then lay down, place your feet about your head, tell mom or dad, whoever. Eat something with some carbohydrates in it and drink some water, if the feeling keep occurring please TELL SOMEONE!!!!

I stopped bleeding so i didn't hit an artery, i'm drinking some tea but my hands started shaking and i spilt it on the keyboard. So i have had half a cup of sweet tea and i'm nibbling at a piece of whole grain bread. I put a large gauze pad in my arm, it covers most of the cuts. I need to leave for work in 15 minuets.

I just got back. I wasn't as bad as i thought, i had been a scratcher for the longest time and had never gone deeper than my skin surface and only ever produced a pearl of blood or two. So combine the fact that i had never seen that much blood and i was having a panic attack and the fact that i had a nut bar that i'm allergic to equals bad. So i pretty much forgot most of my training.
