Only you will know how your parents and your m8s will react, no one on here can really tell you what to do or not do. If you think you should tell them then go for it, if you think you shouldn't then mabye hold it back, the decision is yours!

if ur still young then hold off on telling everyone because your prolly just going through a stage. if u tell everyone now u may embarass urself but if u wait u may leave this stage and be alright.

but yeah nothing you can do, your parents will understand if they really love you, and if you have good friends they will also understand.
