Bumps/dots on foreskin

Male
NOT had sex.

I have had these bump like things on my foreskin for around 6 months but now want to clear my mind and find out what they are. I can feel them quite clearly and are pretty noticeable. They are not painful nor consist of any substance. I am considering making an appointment with my local doctor but i feel very embarrassed. If anyone could help me determine what this is then i'd be grateful, thanks.

Could they be Fordyce's spots or even Hirsuties coronae glandis? Just do a quick google search and see.

Hey thank you for answering one of my questions about these spots on my penis and found out their Fordyces spots and that their unharmfull
