1st of all she should get tested for the STD.
if she's on period it's slightly possible that she got pregnant but she should get tested too but usually the results are trustworthy after 3-5 days

Right you need to get her to a doctor or a hospital and she needs to be tested for an STD and she needs the morning after pill as soon as possible which will be provided by the hospital. You're a good guy for sticking by her but its not going to be easy for her or you. The best thing you can do to support her at the moment is to get her to a hospital and get treatment as soon as possible and just be there for her, theres not a lot you can do other than that especially if she doesn't want to report him. Though try to persuade her gently but I would wait for a day or two its better to talk to her about it when shes calm and in a better state of mind. If shes that set on it though just take her answer and feelings into consideration. If you need to talk feel free to PM me i'd be happy to help.

Right as others have said get to the hospital.
I can imagine that she may not be too keen on that idea though, and if you can't persuade her to do that at the very least get her the morning after pill. I don't know where you are, but in the UK it's pretty easy to get hold of in any pharmacy, at any age in a fairly confidential way.
She is going to be pretty shaken up by this. It might take a long long time for her to get over this, and she might never get completely over it, but I can tell you're a good guy, just from the fact you're going to stick by her through this. It's going to be difficult on you but even harder on her. Stick with it alright? You're what she needs right now. You wouldn't believe how much you can help her through this.
As for STI tests, the hospital is of course the first stop, but if she's reluctant to do that even just a normal doctor will do it, and it may be a bit less intimidating. The sooner it's done the better though.
Good luck, I really hope you and your girlfriend can work through this. It's a horrible thing to go through.
PM me if you need any help what so ever. :)

she should really report him, and she should get a rape kit done. they will find out pregnacy, give emergencie contraception, and do a std and aids test. i beilive that you can get a kit done but not report it to the police. good luck!

I want to thank all of you for your advice. We did go to the doctors and they took alot of tests...we were so scared. All tests for STDs were negative so far, as for pregnancy they said it's to early to tell but think the chances are slim were going back in a week or two for a follow up. She was so so happy when I told her I would stay with her no matter what, I can't thank you guys enough for your help. Both of us thank you.
