I don't know of anyone that has ever actually liked english class, let alone AP. Well it is currently 12:30 at night and I just finished writing a freaking 2 page paper and it took me a whole 4 and a half hours!!!!! And guess what? I STILL have bc calculus and ap physics homework!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't stand writing and in-class essays are killing my grade. They're even curved to fit the AP-test grading scale and even then I'm still barely scraping by with a C. I understand what I'm supposed to write, I just can't get the words on paper :mad:
It's always like this, I have eternal writers block and can't focus worth a crap, to save my life, etcetera and it's driving me nuts! I seriously think I have some form of ADD or something because I can't focus when I need to! I feel so angry that I literally bang my head on the computer table as hard as I dare to whenever I have to stay up late writing (no joke, I hate it THAT much). There's no way I can get rid of this curse and I'm getting just plain f*ck!ng tired of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean seriously, what's the point of literature? It's all a bunch of boring worthless garbage that we, as college-bound high school students, are expected to over-analyze. Then, when we have to write a 40-minute essay where we are forced to focus in on more specific points and NOT every single little detail like we're taught to in order to have enough time. IT MAKES NO SENSE AND I HATE IT.
