How would I go about asking a girl I like to go out with me? I want as many girl opinions on this topic as possible, but I can use guy opinions too.

Oh it's not that hard, and since you are 13 it will be even easier (yes, really) because the vast majority of girl's your age haven't been on any dates yet so nobody really knows what to expect. So I recommend you find a girl you really like and is nice to you and when you two are alone one day at school or preferably right after school ask her if she would like to do something together, like something you two could do with as little assistance from your parents as possible (driving). Something you two could maybe walk to. If there is a school dance or big movie coming out that everybody wants to see then that works too. I hope this helps some.
