A while back things were terrible with me, i was selfharming and starving myself and shit like that. Then everything cleared up, and i was fine for a few weeks. But now this morning, all the old feelings came back, so suddenly, i actually attempted suicide today, thats how bad things changed.
I was so happy before and I just dont understand how everything changed ao suddenly. Because now once again, i hate myself, and i wish i was dead, and im scared these feelings wont go away like they did last time...
Someone help?
