I just got home and I saw the biggest spider of my life in the bathroom.
I have arachnophobia and seeing or talking about them freaks me out.
My heart was racing and I couldn't breathe. I'm freaking out right now, I'm scared and I don't know what to do. Nobody will be home for hours.

Relax, take a deep few and then let it out, find something you enjoy doing (Painting, drawing, playing music) to take your mind off of it....take a Xanax if you have any.

You could always kill it, my sister is the same way, but the time I made her kill it she realized that she was in control of the spider and she wouldn't let it effect her....

Hey! Yea, you just need to relax! killing the spider can help in realizing that you have control over the little thing.

I used to suffer from a variety of panic attacks like this

I came across one website that suggested a guide to getting over my anxiety and I took the leap and bought the ebook. Let me tell you, It worked wonders!!!!

http://harrellreviews.net84.net/?p=16 is a review of the ebook. They also have a direct purchase at the bottom and a link to the official site.

Trust me on this one! This will help you!

When you see it again, be brave and grab a shoe and beat it. It is way more afraid of you, than you are of it. Overcoming fear of spiders seems hard but you have to face it. That will not be the last spider you will see.

Keep in mind most spiders are afraid of you as well. Be worried about Hobo Spiders and Brown Recluses.
