so from tommorow the 15 of november my goal is to lose 6 kilos, i would prefer it to be more than that but im trying to be realistic. so ive designed my fitness regime, im going to get up early on monday and wednesday and do a couch to 5k program, then on those afternoons i will also have karate, which will involve things like push ups and sit ups. On tuesday afternoons, i am going to do strength training, sit ups and push ups along with weights. thursday is a small jog. friday is the couch to 5k program and more strength training, saturday rest day and sunday strength training.
So do you think this is a good set up? Once my bike is fixed im going to be riding like 2.5km to and from school every day so that will also add to it. Do you think ill be able to achieve this before i go back to school in febuary
