When I'm masterbating my cum often has a yellowish tint to it and I can smell urine. I've tried to get rid of that in different ways by peeing before I start masturbating or waiting until I'm done masterbating to pee. It often doesn't make a difference though and I usually have that yellowish tint to the cum. Does this happen to anyone else and any ways to fix it??

Mine has a slightly yellowish colour to it, but I've noticed that eating certain things has an effect on everything, the colour, smell and probably taste (only tasted my own semen once). It doesn't mean that you have a bad diet or anything, just that certain things you eat have an effect on it's properties.

It can depend on the background you are looking at it against. Next to skin mine looks very white but next to white paper a slight yellow tints is apparent. It also tends to me more yellow if you have saved it up for a few days and less yellow if you cum every day or more.
