"Friends" How to get farther.

Me and this girl are bestfriends. We do everything together. We went to the movies (as friends) but I dont know how to show her that I want more. Like we flirt alot. I will tickle her and she will like grab my hand and hold it and wont let go. We have long hugs and we talk all the time. She told me that this one boy likes her alot (which he does) but she told him she dosent want to date. Idk if that means him or anyone.

just ask her why she didn't want to date him, if she gives clear reasons according to his personality and ONLY HIS personality and not the "all the guys" things you will know.
but better way is just to ask her straight forward if she wants to be more than friends.
