It's about average. The average penis size for a 16 year old is 5.5 - 6.2 inches. Puberty ends between 16 and 21 so you *may* have some time to grow, or, you may not.

Don't worry, your NOT small, the average for a fully grown penis ranges depending on what you read. Some books say it's 6 inches, others 6 1/3 so your totally normal and will probably grow a little bit more before your done with puberty.
