How far into puberty?

I need some help, just a bit worried about how far i am into puberty. I am 16 this summer, and y penis is 3 inches when down, 3 and a half when erect. I have very little pubic hair, but have been getting more recently. I dont really have any arm hair, a bit of arm and leg hair, and my voice hasnt dropped. When i masterbate it takes a little when, and when i ejacualte just see-through sticky stuff comes out, not what i thought was right. after this my penis kind of aches, but feels ok in a bit. is there something wrong with me or will things get better soon??

i dont know wether this makes a difference but i have a mole directly above my penis.

You're still developing!
The sticky ejaculate is just under-developed cum. It'll turn white in a couple of years, and you still have about 4 years of puberty left! So there's nothing really wrong and you'll develop soon enough.

i think that you are still in like stage 2
but also if you change hardly any within the next 2 years you should go to the doc
