Either you are still young and aren't quite developed yet to be able to shoot or some guys just don't shoot when they cum. Also, if you jack off once a day or more, you don't give your body a chance to "build up". Take a few days off and use the Stop N Go. For me, half the time I do, half I don't.

I jack off once a day, and I shoot. It all has to do with your sperm count and the muscle movements in your penis that cause it to launch or pour out.

Shooting is all about muscles and the time in between masturbating. In regards to muscles, you need to use Kegels exercise on your PC muscle (which is located in between the testicles and the anus) which you can google to find out more. In regards to time, if you masturbate daily you are less likely to have the amount of semen needed to shoot and hence you dribble. I recommend roughly 3-4 days inbetween. Personally, I recently had a gap of 5 days and shot over a foot and a lot of semen was released.
