Circumcised question

I've read post about guys that are circumcised being cut tight or loose? Can someone explain? I'm circumcised and just wandering what it is?

ok so u know the tip of the penis (the head) looks like a mushroom well imagine that but covering ur hole penis. when u were first born they cut off the skin all the way up and then they leave a tip at the end (ew i know)

Yeah I know what being circumcised is, got a friend that's uncut, pretty neat!
Question is what this "cut tight" , "cut loose" thing about?

I think "cut tight" is when someone has an erection the skin pulls all the way back. And "cut loose" is when someone has an erection the is some skin covering the head.
I could be wrong...

They mean how much loose skin is left when you are soft. Some guys will have more 'play' in the shaft and maybe some skin bunched up behind the head. A tight cut is one with little or no loose skin - just a stick with a bullet at the end.

I guess I'm "cut loose" cause when I'm even real hard, I still have skin I can slid over the head of my dick.
