i am 16 and when i get an erection my foreskin stays covering the head of my penis and if i pull it back it is tight. i have look on numurus puberty sites but i can't find anything to say if its normal or not, if anybody knows could you please post me

yes its normal. what you should do is gradually try and pull it back further and further over a few days and it will eventually loosen and then you will be sweet. thats how i did it anyway.

Trigger basically summed it up ^_^ also, my doctor told me about this when I was like 10, so your doctor could help if it doesn't clear up easily with Trigger's suggestion.
Also, my forskin stays on all the way when I have a boner...so I guess it doesn't HAVE to go back during an erection.
