I'm going to be putting this in broad terms since the actual situation is pretty hard to explain, but I promise you it's very similar to this.

I got a big promotion at work, and ever since a lot of people that I used to talk to a lot have just been ignoring me and criticizing me whenever they can. It also seems that whenever I give a few tips on how some people could be working better, they grow a grudge on me. This whole thing is really annoying me, and it's making me feel like I don't deserve my spot at all. I'm pretty stressed already with other stuff, and I don't really know what to do. Any advice would be awesome :D

don't give tips. if people at work don't ask you for tips don't ever give them.
if you get the spot you deserve it, that's just it.
you don't need to have any doubts about that.
enjoy your success but remember that some people just can't stand it when it's not theirs. so talk to them like nothing happened. you're all equal even if somebody gets a higher/lower position

UNLESS that's your job. What's your current position? Are you in a Manager type position? Unless that is the case than no, don't give tips. If you are in some sort of leadership position than it is your job to give tips, and to help improve their work ethics. If it's something minor, like your a Shift Leader or something, than I recommend not. Talk to your Supervisor, or Head, or whatever you may have, and tell them that everyone seems to be against you here lately. Ask them what they think you should do to fix this.

Yes I am at a leadership position and I am suppose to be giving out tips, which I do frequently.
