There are lot of exercises, but i suggest some exercises for you people.
1. Running
2. Body Building
3. Swimming
These are best exercises and you can do easily.These are healthy exercises, and best for weight lose and fitness.

Yoga is one of the best cardio exercise. You can perform it at home. It is very simple and easy exercise to reduce the weight. It also useful to prevent from cancer.

I think, not sitting down and doing nothing is more healthy.

Yoga is absolutely amazing. The asana poses that you are required to hold really strengthen your key stabilizer muscles and ligaments. This can prevent injury in just about anything. Also when you're doing yoga, you drain out everything from the past and the future and only think in the moments.

It's an amazing practice, I started about 2 or 3 weeks ago and wish I started much sooner.

actually...sex is one of the best excersizes you can possible have....

but I'd go with swimming. Running will destroy your knees.
