I'll keep this short, if you need more details I can provide.

Every couple weeks (average) I get the weakness, shakiness, and 120+BPM effects of adrenaline, but I don't get scared or anything. It'll happen randomly when I'm watching TV, doing homework, whatever.

Could my adrenal glands be kinda... broken? I generally know a lot about biology, but I don't know too much about adrenal glands. Could this be a neurological thing?

Sorry bud, you do not really give me a lot of information, I needs things like age, weight, what you eat, your activity levels...

Also, pending your age it might just be that your body is just hormonal and you are going through puberty.

If anything is abnormal it could possibly be your sympathetic nervous system, seeing that the sympathetic nervous system is part of the Peripheral Nervous System that would cause your standing pulse rate to increase, your body to shake BUT it does not explain your weakness, if anything the weakness would come from the parasympathetic nervous system. If you are that worried I would suggest your consult your doctor and let them know what is going on.

15. 140LBS(I believe that's spot on perfect weight for my height). I have a restricted diet due to a condition I won't go into, but I can't really eat anything with very much protein like meat, nuts, any animal products, soy stuff. But otherwise I eat healthy mostly; fruits, vegetables, I'll admit I drink a lot of pop (not surprisingly high, maybe a 2 liter every 2 weeks total?).

I bike like a Mexican drug cartel is on my ass every day for 10-30 minutes.

I don't think it's puberty because I'm almost past the last stage of it, even though I'm 15. It went by quick, like from little kid to pretty much adult in less than a year. But it could be. I've only been observing this for maybe a few months, no major changes except stress (oh my fuck I just diagnosed myself didn't I?). I was stressed enough before, but never really had problems, in fact after I got more stressed a few months ago I seem to be doing better. I still don't think it's that though.
