You can be any age you want, and stores must sell you condoms!!! As far as taking your dads, I doubt he'll notice 1 or 2 missing, but other posters nailed it saying you should just go buy your own. May I suggest getting a Variety Pack to see which ones work for you, you'll get about 6 different ones, varying textures, colors, and lubricants. Check it out!

Something I would recommend is trying lube. Never bought it (yet) but it would be cheaper and easier than condoms. here's my pro n con list:
