Problem related to my father and half sister

I am in a situation atm that i have no idea how to deal with.So recently my half sisters mum contacted mine and wanted help going to court against my father.And my mum wanted nothing to do with it and my step sister mother lets just call her anie also wanted me and my half sister to catch up.My mother has pretty much ignored it but i dont know what to do i want to meet my sister and be a part of her life but i dont know if things would get nasty between my mum and hers.She tryed friending me on facebook and i dont know weather to accept or not.I want to meet my sister but i dont want to get sucked into something to do with my father.I am not ready to meet him or have anything do do with him.Now that i write this it doesnt seem like i can explain the situation i am in.All i know is my father had me with my mother then had a child with anie and shes my half sister.Should i talk to my half sisters mother and tell her i want nothing to do with my father and i just want to see my sister or ignore her.I just dont know how to aproach this or handle this.And also i dont want to go behind my mothers back and talk to my sisters mother.If anyone can understand this have any advice or sugestions

I think you really shouldn't hide from this situation by ignoring it.
Go straight forward and tell your sister's mum that the only thing you're interested in is your sister. That you don't want anything in common with anything related to your father.
just be honest and don't get confused.
hiding and ignoring situation may only make things get worse. your sister can misunderstand you this way.

Thanks for the advice.I spoke to my mum and she said its cool just doesnt want to get us sucked into anything.And im going to make it clear that im not interested in my father just my sister.And 1 reason my mum wanted to ignore it was my father and my half sisters mum are fighting over my sister now.I feel much better about things now and il try and be there for my sister :D.
