Everyone is different- not everyone can cum a bucket. And I am not sure how old you are, but if you are just starting puberty or in the early stages, you might get more as you develop and get older. Also, like the poster above me said, lay off for at least a few days. And when you j/o again, take your time and stop n go. Arousal level also has something to do with how much you cum.

Well like some have stated, it may help to not jack for a bit, and then stop and go. But that won't always make the difference. I'm a 3x's a day guy and I always shoot a lot. People are different so I wouldn't get to worked up about it.
