When there's something up with me, i always feel like a nuisance when i ask to talk to people. i feel whomever i'm talking to, doesn't care and just says things to just end the conversation. usually, i always get non-helpful one-worded answers and it makes me feel like a bigger burden. so now, i keep things bottled in (which is hell) and i can't bring myself to ask for help anymore and hope someone makes the first move in the conversation. what should i do??

I am exactly like you and what I find helpful is maybe slowly go into the conversation and if the other person responds in a good way, they generally won't mind talking. Hope this helps.
