I don't think this is racist, but someone said it was before. I'm caucasian and I honestly think some races are hotter than others, like I think black boys/girls are really hot, hispanic boys/girls are second, and I think white boys/girls are third...etc.

I just think other races are hotter, is it technically racist?

Rascist is an overly used, misunderstood word. Whenever someone brings up an issue that has something to do with skin color, and it is not to their liking, more often than not, someone will throw out the racist card. You have a personal preference, you are not discriminating against anyone. It most definitely is NOT racist.

I like variety and have done stuff with black, Asian, Hispanic, and white guys like me. I only think I would call something racist if it meant being rude about or excluding a race. Feel free to enjoy the beauty of each person, boy or girl, and it's OK to admit what you prefer so long as you are positive in the way you express yourself.

i'm not being rude or anything but whoever said that is an idiot attraction to a certain race is not racist it a preference like if you prefer to have black friends over white friends ...

it's not racist to have preferences, and to tend to think black people are attractive isn't racist in and of itself. depending on the way you express that preference, however, it could come across as fetishizing and dehumanzing--which would obviously be racist.

if you said that you were white and you just find white people most attractive, then i'd say: you're certainly allowed your preferences, but it's naive to act like those preferences exist in a void; they're certainly informed by societal racism that privileges white looks over black (and otherwise non-white) looks.

I had this very same convo with my last boyfriend. I'm white and I am attracted mostly to other white guys. But I will be friends with ANY race of guy (and yes, gay guys can be JUST friends with other guys).

So I don't think that makes me a racist at all. :)
