every time i make pancakes they end up all mushy.i need to know how to make the perfect pancakes.:what:

Well what do you mean by "Mushy"? Are they mushy in the middle whereas the outsides are cooked? Or are they more liquid than solid?

I would follow the recipe completely. Make sure the batter doesn't have any lumps in it and set it to the right temperature. Having too low of a temperature could be a factor. Or maybe you added too little mix or too much liquid.

Bingo. Either that or you're not leaving it in there long enough to cook.
