well im new here but anyway, i'll just get on with it.
In my ball sack i found a small lump around the size of a small marble, is it a sign on puberty or should i be more worried? im getting prety worried about it. anyone heard of it before? cheers

but seriously though, i think it MIGHT be on your testicles (duh) but like, on testicles, there is a lump at the bottom of them to keep them in an upright position (if your ever seen one of the punching bad clowns, that no matter where you punch it, it will like tumble over, but then always be still on its "feet")

i noticed that i have it too, and all it probably is on you, is that its just the lump connect to the bottom of your testicles to keep them in an upright position instead of getting all tangled with the tubes and stuff and like "jiggling all around in your sack" when your walking.

you are probably okay, but if you think that its really serious, see a doctor.

I went to see the doctor today and its nothing bad. He said that it was zist of something that spiraled of somewhere or something. I sort of new it wasnt anything to do with puberty but having thinking about cancer and stuff i was prety scared and blambed it on puberty, but thankss for all you help.

didn't mean to scare you but testicular cancer was something that a school teacher warned my class about and a lump in that area was a sign of it.

a sist is just lie a bump wher fluids are bein clogged...I'm pretty sure... cuz I got one on my ankle and popped it... and it was like black and not good... now I have a scar....

I don't know what it is, but it could be a sign of testicular cancer. Once you have your next physical exam, tell your doctor. Awkward, yes, but you need to get it treated if it is harmful.

Is the cyst capable of moving(as in, you can move it around your ballsack)? If not, and it's stationary on the testicle itself, it may be possible you have testicular cancer... If it DOES move, I myself have two of these, and had it checked out. Turns out they're just fluid filled cysts... Which is a good thing.. Most likely they're Spermatoceles... Which are just cysts made out of sperm. You could get surgery to remove these if it bothers you that much, but if not, I wouldn't worry about it man. Take it easy.
