Im not sure if this is in the right section.
Im trying to figure out if im an "average" weight for my age and height, iv been looking around the internet and i cant find any decent charts, i personally think im overweight
Im around 6ft 3" 16 years old and i weigh roughly 13stone 1ounce (181-ish pounds)
Any feedback would be good, thanks :)

Try looking up a BMI calculator. But it might be a bit of a waste of time because it only accounts for fat, not muscle. You might be overweight in terms of the weight for your height but that doesn't necessarily mean your weight is made up of too much fat it could be muscle. Best thing to do is to talk to your doctor.

I'm 17 and 6'3 as well and I'm 180-185. I figure that's pretty average

Doctor would be your best bet, he has charts. I am a few inches shorter, 5' 11" and about 150 lbs.

According to a BMI calculator, you are normal weight for your height. But, like Kaius said, that doesn't necessarily account for body fat/muscle ratio. However, were I to take an educated guess based on the BMI calculator and your picture, you seem to be fine.

That seems about perfect! I'm 5'10" and 135 lbs and my BMI is 18.5, you want to be between 18.5 and 25, you would probably be around the 21 or so area

i'm 6'4'' and 182lbs and at a check up i was told that is a healthy weight so you're definitely not fat or anything
