hi. lately i've just been really down when it comes to life. as it has forced me to think about death and how long my parents have left to live. as my parents have both got health problems. my dad has short term memory loss due to heart attacks caused by certain reasons. and my mum has diabeties. im just worried my parents dont have more than 30 years to live and it really worrys me. plz just help me out here.

I can personally relate to what you mean, my dad is disabled and has had many heart attacks, my mum has a list of problems so really i know how you feel, i myself am terrified of death to the point of shaking so i prefer not to think of it, id recommend you to do the same

Just enjoy the time you have with your parents because if you dont enjoy it now while youv got it your gonna really regret when they do pass, just be happy to have them and make the most of what youv got cos you have no idea when itll end :)

Agreed. Living with that hanging over your head can be extremely rough. But what you can take from it is to make every day count. Regret is not something anyone wants to live with, and you can affect that now.

Im sorry to hear that. Well, be kind and helpful to your family, and try not to think about that. If anything, I would want my last years to be with the ones I love. :)
