well i think the problem is more why you feel disgust about yourself? if you can come to terms with that or accept your body for what it is i think the rest will all work out on its own... either way its not healthy to force yourself to throw up n can lead to bigger problems down the road your body needs certain nutrients to properly function n grow the way its supposed to n if your forcin yourself to throw up your deprivin your body of those nutrients

Sweetheart, throwing up and starving yourself is never going to do you any good. Do you really want to live like this for the rest of your life? If you continue this, you might not even live to see the rest of your life. This isn't even a nice way to live or go. Eating disorders magnify all the pain in the world.
If I could, i'd go back and stop myself. You'll end up heavier than you ever were, be more miserable than you could have been and you'll hate yourself more than you ever did.
You can be skinny, you can be the skinniest. I was. It didn't make me like what I saw any more than I did before. Eating disorders take lives. It took years of my life. It still is. I miss the days when food was just food. I miss being free.
I can't describe how much eating disorders hurt. I'd rather have been scarred from head to toe, fall pregnant with my father's child and be depressed for the rest of my goddamn life than have had to go through that again. I miss my old body. I miss loving all the things I used to love.
In the end, when we're all old, we'll all pretty much look the same. Outer beauty fades. Inner beauty is made and if you let it, lasts forever.

Think about this though, most true bulimics are either normalweight or overweight...they're never thin
