These are questions that could help determine what to do. Erections are caused by blood flow. Anything that is abnormal regarding blood flow is something to take seriously. I truly believe that a four hr erection is abnormal. Sorry I'm not trying to scare ya, but you should prolly have this checked. I know that sounds embarrassing but I wouldn't put it off. i dont take anything. but i can walk into school, get hard, walk out, normal... i am constantly am hiding it. does anyone else have this problem? i cant be the only one or am i?

meh its not a problem if there is a reason for it, but if you took something and the boner won't go away or if you aren't trying to have one and it lasts that long then it is a problem, cause it can cause damage that you can't fix if it lasts too long.

If you're jacking off during that time or have taken a drug to make it that way, than it's fine. If it's just spontaneous and it lasts for 4 hours, there's a problem. If this is the case, you should go see a doctor.
