I'd go with 'check the side effects on the drug information' for this one. If it's not listed under either normal or 'serious' side effects call your doctor.

It's normal. You'll adjust a little at a time. Just check with your psych. He should have weekly visits since he just started you.

Nausea is a very common side affect of Cipralex. I experienced it when I started on 5mg. Just mention it on your next visit and see what they say. It's either 1-10 out of 100 people get nausea, or higher than that.

Yep. I had a very similar experience taking sertraline (Zoloft). Very bad nausea, akinesia, or whatever you call it, that feeling where you have to move around constantly, and a complete loss of interest in sex.
All of these got a lot better after a little while. I'd stick with it, at least for a few weeks and if it's really not for you there are pleanty of other drugs available.

Yeah it is common with a large range of medications, not just anti-depressants. If it gets too bad, or you are still concerned all to your doctor who can find a solution to it.
