Been in same situation. She was really small (height) and not so popular (not that it is a bad thing). I eventually asked her out. Relationship didnt really work out - not because of her boobs size, lol. 2 years later, shes modelling and has 00 - apparently we cant give details, lol. Moral of the story - who gives a rats ass what ur friends may think, and dont judge a person by what they look like, cos a few years down the line, they might be drop dead gorgeous!! = ask her out

I agree. Your friends are probably jealous. I personally am attracted to small boobs. Not completely flat, but I guess I wouldn't really care if she was cute. My girlfriend has small boobs (almost flat) but I don't care, shes beautiful anyways. Remember, it's whats on the inside that counts. ;)
