I'm starting a full time contract soon, no more random hours for me! And I think this will be the perfect opportunity to fix my sleeping pattern, start living a healthier and actually having a life! I was just wondering if anyone had any pointers for this!
I'll be doing mainly 6am starts - 4am wakeup time, but I'll also have one evening shift a week, finishing at 9pm, so my current thought is "How can I possibly organise a sleeping pattern around that?" -__-
I know you should wake up at the same time EVERY morning.. So 4am starts every day. Here's something easier to relate to.. on a Friday night you watch movies late or something, what kind of thing gives you motivation to crawl out of bed at a "reasonable" the Saturday after?
Also, when do you fit in your daily exercise and when do you eat? If either of these applies xD
Advice, tips and tricks and that have worked for you much appreciated!
