Well i was wondering how do you tell if you are cut/uncut coz i am really embrassed to ask my mom and dad.

Well basically if your head is covered by skin, you are uncut, and if you can't get your foreskin to cover your head easily, you are most probally cut.

You're uncut if you have skin over the head penis and cut if you don't. I suggest Googling it ;-)
