about how long does it take for your pubic hair to grow back to full length after shaving?
and why does it itch, from what i've heard? are there any ways to prevent itching?

i want to shave, but i'm like afraid lol:
1) because if it itches i'm walking around school itching my penis all day.
2) i've trimmed it down alot recently and i like the way it looks and i want to see what shaving would be like but i'm afraid it'll take too long to grow back.

It depends. The more you shave the faster it grows back each time. I personally just trim it down very small because it wont itch & I dont want to look like Im 10 years old down there again.

I did it a long time ago, and I want to say it takes about 6 weeks or so to be completely full down there again if you shave it all off.

Of late I have not shaven but majorly trimmed back my pubes. It was just like sort of starting to freak me out because the hair was like 2/3 inches long when pulled out so now I'm way more comfortable.
I REALLY wish I had blonde pubes...I have blonde leg hair, blonde hair and all my other hair is blonde other than my ;; hair and my snail trail :)

Better to keep it - more fun when with someone enjoying action!!

Ok, so I'm not sure how long it takes to grow back.

It itches because hair is regrowing from the follicles. Sometimes this hair doesn't 'grow' properly and may become...the best way to describe it would be tangled or stuck in the follicle. This causes irritation and then becomes itchy.

How to prevent itchiness: I've shaved once and didn't get itchiness, so I can say what I did. When I shaved i used gel (use foam if you prefer) and went with the direction of the hair. Yes, even down there it goes a certain way. I cannot stress enough this next step. USE A GOOD RAZOR!!! Afterwards I used moistures. This may seem odd but it’s just like shaving your face and your skin will dry out and needs care. Drying skin and the irritation caused by not looking after the skin after your shave can cause immense discomfort. Even use moisturiser for a couple of days afterwards. All in all, if you decide to go ahead then look after it down there or you will pay for your ignorance...it will itch like nothing on Earth

Hope this helps.

if your askin exactly how long it takes to grow back like anythin else it is prolly gonna be different for every person on here i dont think shavin it will speed up or slow down the growth speed of your hair i have heard the myths of shavin makes your hair grow faster n thicker but i think that they are just that myths your body doesnt know that you ran a razor over them n cut the hairs off at the base of your skin the root of the hair is under your skin n you wont effect that if you use a sharp razor (dull 1s tug it out n will damage the root of the hair) its not like your waxin the area where your pullin the whole hair n root out... again believe it or not my gf actually has given me talks / lessons on this of how to shave n do it safely n comfortably (most girls know this stuff lol they are crazy bout their bodys and know all the secrets n tricks)

 before i started to shave mine i trimmed it a few times n it never itched from trimmin it n even shavin it only made it itch a few times n it was only for a few days as it was startin to grow back but like i said my gf recommended puttin aloe lotion on it n thats helps a great deal n like i said use like hair conditioner when you are actually shavin it helps prevent razor burn n then just put the aloe lotion on it like 2-3 times a day after you shave it (also keeps your skin smooth n the girls like it :yeah: )

you can try the aloe lotion it wont hurt anythin thats for sure all it can do it help cure the itch just make sure you rub it in good, my gf also just said another thing that works really good is like baby oil/lotion cuz that is specially designed for "sensitive" skin but she said either will work just make sure its not a "colored" lotion cuz that has chemicals that could/will clog your pores n could actually cause ingrown hairs or more of an itch

i doubt aloe lotion or baby oil/lotion will "bleach" your pubes it doesnt bleach your arm or leg hair if you put it on there so i cant imagine itd bleach your pubes either

Hair only appears to be "thicker" when they grow back. If you look at it logically, when you shave, you remove the hair down to where it comes out of the body. When it grows back, the "tip" of the hair, will be the thickness of what used to be the "base" of the hair before it was shaved, so appears to be thicker.

If that makes sense lol
