I was just going for my evening walk when i suddenly got this weird aching pain in the lower right area of my sternum. it only lasted a couple of seconds and went away while i was still walking. I have been to 5 doctors recently due to chest pains and tingling in my left arm, and the last doc i went to said i have costrochondritis (imflamation in the ribs) but i have never had an aching pain near the center of my chest before. any ideas?

It could just be your costrochondritis acting up, also I can imagine that you have heard this before and please do not take this the wrong way but your weight is a factor. If it gets any worse or you start to feel numbness in your left arm please notify your parents, physician and possibly call 911....

Yeah its a question that you may have to ask your doctor, no one here is up to date with your medical history. It may have been due to a condition or a stitch or similar.
If the pain gets too bad if it returns or similar, seek medical aid.

If you name goes by it weight can be a major factor in this. If you get complete numbness like demtri said then call 911 or 999 if in the UK cause this does not sound like a normal thing
Also pain in the chest could be only colostral acting up or your main artitres may have started to block up and is causing pain but I dunno
I suggest you go back to your doc.
