Sharp, Painful Headaches while j/o

Hey, uhh does anyone get painful headache/neckaches when their jacking off?? I do sometimes, like when i pump a bit faster (when i'm close to ejac.) i get a SUPER painful pain in my head. It's like located in the back and lower areas of my head and neck. Does anyone know why, and how to resolve it??? Thanks dudes

Yeah it may be worth talking to a doc about it even tho that feels embarrassing. You may be just tightening up your neck too much while ur jacking. Maybe try to be conscious of this and relax as much as you can {I know thats hard! :)} while ur doing it. Straining can cause this kind of thing. Give it a try, but I wouldn't put off seeing somebody if it continues. You gotta take care of yourself dude! Good luck

yea exactly n 1 thing to remember you might be embarassed to talk to your doctor bout it but hes not gonna judge or critisize you or think any diffrently of you hes a doctor he see/hears that kind of stuff all the time hes not gonna use your convo with him as the convo topic when he gets home or on his lunch break... i mean honestly if you cant trust your dr then you should deff find 1 you can trust... but it could be somethin easily fixed or no problem at all but wont know til you ask someone in the medical feild deff dont let it go on to long incase it is somethin not good always better to catch stuff early best of luck dude

Glad I'm not the only one, I only got this a few times while jacking off and haven't had it since, I put it down to me jacking to hard and straining to much and my neck would hurt for a few minutes after I jizzed.

Does this also happen when you exercise? Could be the raised blood pressure, so def go and see the doc

If you're doing it in the shower with hot water, try not to shower with hot water. If you're doing it in your room and it's warm, try to cool your room off.

I think it will be lack of blood and/or oxygen to the brain causing headaches

It's happened to me before (like not usually but yeah..) Like it would happen like for 4 days and then it I owuldn't get it anymore til like months later. luckily havne't gotten them in a while.

yeah it happens to me normally it only happens when i stop j/o for a few weeks then start back again i think for me because i forgot what it felt like and i started to strain so yeah... DON'T STRAIN!!
