DON'T USE HAIR CONDITIONER! THAT'S NOT SAFE.

Lotions, cooking oils (do NOT use these regularly, daily use can lead to side effects), baby oil, over-the-counter lube for sex (recommended) are all usuable.

Keep your nails short and smooth (filing them after cutting is best). To be clean, take a shower after "emptying out" and you'll be fine.

Objects should be large enough so that you won't lose them, soft/squishy/smooth, NON-POROUS, etc.

Fruit and vegetables are commonly used and would be safe if cleaned.

if you check on websites dedicated to "masterbation" you may be able to find the info your lookin for... he was just givin a suggestion of some of the "common" objects used... if you want a less organic option use anythin from a pen to a marker ive heard of people using hair brush handles handles of hand tools pretty much just use some common sense if its sharp or could "break" off in there its most likely NOT a good choice, if you use somethin that hurts maybe try somethin smaller? just a thought... or if it hurts alot n you dont like it then just simply dont do it anymore it might not be for you... not sure what other info to give you here... the odd part is some of your posts seem to contridict other posts you have posted

Sharpie marker works for me. Smooth, readily available and most important, not too wide. Use lots of lube. I used Vasaline when I first tried it, but that stuff is too messy to clean up. Now I have real liquid lube. It's like KY but the CVS brand and it works awesome for this and also for jacking.
