Well you could ask the members of your GSA what they were expecting when they started coming, and that might give you an idea. You could also do terminology games or discussions. I know in the GSM community, there are lots of terms that the majority aren't even aware of, especially surround gender identity/expression. Classic icebreakers are good for beginning of the year. Guest speakers about specific topics are always good. You could also address the issue of bullying in your school (if there is one) and see what you can do to make your school's overall climate regarding GSM a better one.

Plan for a GSA sponsored event: dance/party, movie night, cross dress day, ect.
Uhh... I'm pretty sure there are more ideas. My brain's just dead right now.
